About the Opportunity:

LUCAS Restaurants is embarking on a significant period of growth, with a number of new restaurants opening in the next year. 
To facilitate this, we are on the look-out for the industry's best Commis Chefs, Chefs de Partie and Sous Chefs to join the group.

Opportunities available:

  • Sous Chef 
  • Chef de Partie 
  • Commis Chef 
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
  • Chef experience at Commis Chef level or above in an a-la-carte restaurant
  • Management candidates must have solid understanding of management practices 
  • Management candidates must have exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
