To facilitate this, we are on the look-out for the industry's best Commis Chefs, Chefs de Partie and Sous Chefs to join the group.

Opportunities available:
- Sous Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Commis Chef
- Chef experience at Commis Chef level or above in an a-la-carte restaurant
- Management candidates must have solid understanding of management practices
- Management candidates must have exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Solid understanding of food safety standards
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
