Who are we?
The San Telmo Group made its mark on the Melbourne restaurant scene over 10
years ago with our flagship venue, San Telmo. Delivering traditional Argentine
cuisine and premium meat cooked over charcoal and fire on custom built parrilla
grills. We have since expanded to 5 bustling city venues championing contemporary
Argentine, Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. Our mission is to provide excellent

What does this role involve?
The role of Chef de Partie includes: The usual day-to-day running of the kitchen,
helping to control wages, designing and costing special, mentoring your team of
commis and cooks, training, recruitment and supporting the Head Chef in meeting
all KPIs.
Who is our ideal candidate?
We are looking for an experienced chef who leads by example with a positive
attitude. They would have experience working in a busy restaurant at a similar
market level to us. They possess solid technical skills and display effective
leadership qualities. Someone who aspires to progress their career through internal
promotions.
