Sous Chef:

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Chef de Partie:
- 2+ years’ experience in a high-end restaurant.
- Proficiency in various cuisines.
- A passion for culinary creativity and excellence.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices.
- Sous Chef:
- 4+ years’ experience, including 2 as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment.
- Expertise in various cuisines.
- Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to collaborate on menu creation and execution.
- Positive demeanor, effective communication, and delegation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices.
