About you, what you bring to the position…
- ability to prepare, cook and present dishes according to the station
- ability to take instruction from Head Chef in leading junior team members
- assist the Head Chef to create new dishes for the menu
- follow and ensure the team follows, food hygiene and occupational health and safety measures
- care with portion control and waste to ensure profits remain positive
- genuine passion and flair for quality food and presentation
- motivated, mature and positive attitude
- collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- ability to work well under pressure when required
- relevant required qualifications & previous experience

Full-time salaried position, working 5 days/week.
Roster rotates and includes days, nights, weekends and some public holidays.
