ArtHouse Hotel and is looking for a hungry and talented Chef de Partie to join our team.
A fantastic opportunity has come up to be part of an exciting time at one of Sydney's most iconic venues. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands on Chef De Partie to complement our talented chefs. The ArtHouse Hotel has 2 outlets, serving Pub Classics on the ground floor and an evolving Asian Fusion cuisine on level one. We also do many large functions of up to 1000 guests across our 3 levels.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef in a hands on role
- Full chef qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced kitchen
- Passionate about food with a proven ability to reach the higher standards and quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to supervise, inspire and motivate a team to deliver excellent food quality and service
- Functions experience an advantage
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate needed or willingness to complete
