The ideal candidate were looking for would have a minimum of 5-7 years of rigorous kitchen experience across all sections. You will be assisting the Head Chef in all operations including menu planning, managing labour and food cost.
We are a very professional but friendly and down to earth team, we strive to uphold team culture and harmony. We are a busy venue, so there's no shying away from hard work.
You will be woking along side hospitality veterans and hands on owners. Your hard work will be recognised and rewarded- remuneration to be discussed and will be according to the level of expertise you bring in.
