The Role:
As the Chef De Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional restaurant operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include training and mentoring the kitchen staff, maintaining effective communication, and maintaining the kitchen's high standards. The role demands a balance of creativity, leadership, and an understanding of fine dining and Asian cuisine.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a fine dining environment.
* Strong background and knowledge of Asian cuisine.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality and presentation.
