You:
- Proven experience as a CDPin a fine dining or upscaled restaurant setting.
- Understanding of kitchen management dynamics, including roster management, training and apprentice programs, and cost of goods.
- Adaptable, organised and professional with an eye for detail
- Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account
such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers. - Proficiency in technique and creative flair.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
