Sydney Common is a woodfire grill restaurant and bar located within the prestigious Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. Work with head chef Jamie Robertson who has designed a menu based on his philosophy of allowing produce to shine in a simple, pared-back manner. Jamie has been mentored by award-winning chef Martin Benn.

About You:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a ala carte restaurant
• Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification 
• Must have full Australian work rights
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career  
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
