Work with head chef Jamie Robertson who has designed a menu based on his philosophy of allowing produce to shine in a simple, pared-back manner. Jamie has been mentored by award-winning chef Martin Benn.
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a ala carte restaurant
- Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Must have full Australian work rights
