Crema Coffee Garage has spent more than 18 years making a name as a specialty roaster. Our goal is to support café’s, offices and the home coffee enthusiast to inspire their ultimate brewing experience. Whilst we originated in the Hunter Valley, it is our Brisbane location which looking for a new team member.
We have just recently opened our new café “Tank Stream Social” within our Crema venue which has been elegantly designed by a local Brisbane designer. Our funky European style piazza and alfresco area is home to our extensive showroom for test driving high end equipment, alternative brewing techniques, a beautiful new café and brewing bar including a brand new state of the art kitchen and our in house coffee mechanics workshop.
We are now on the hunt for a Chef De Partie to help drive our menu, and to compliment and enhance the best espresso and coffee venue to arrive in Brisbane.
The key to being a Crema Crew member is to be motivated to build and inspire a kitchen crew who will create memorable moments for our coffee enthusiasts.
We want people who will have fun and work hard as a team, not only the kitchen but engage across all parts of the business to ensure success.
We are a seven day business, our hours of operation are very reasonable opening at 6:30 weekdays, 7am on the weekend and the kitchen closing at 2:30pm daily.

We are looking for an individual keen to build their career by establishing a name for your innovative food, and be rewarded by hitting financial targets. We are searching for a Chef De Partie/Cook, with suitable capability to grow into a high volume venue.
Key criteria:
- Has a passion for the industry being committed to a successful career in hospitality
- Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
- Enjoys working with others in a team environment, whilst leading from the front
- Possess and demonstrate a creative flair and has superb presentation skills
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
- Must have strong standards and systems around food safety
Essential requirements:
- At least 1+ years of experience as a Cook
- Stock control, order and delivery management
- Carry out daily operations of the kitchen
- Working alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Venue Manager to innovate and drive revenue into the business
- Provide high quality meals in a fast paced environment
