As a Chef de Partie in Harvest at The Star Gold Coast, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside some of the best Chefs in our worldclass restaurants!
A few of your responsibilities:
- Run specific sections assigned by the Sous Chef
- Oversee duties or work stations
- Advise management of inventory requirements
- Conduct on-the-job training and mentoring for our Demi, Commis and Apprentice Chefs
What are we looking for:
- Successful completion of a Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- The ability to efficiently work as part of the team
- Passionate about learning new techniques and skills
- Flexible availability over a 7-day roster
