The RoleFred's offers a high-quality, produce led, seasonal menu that changes often. We are searching for an incredible Sous that lives for simple food that is created with the best quality ingredients, sourced regionally. Working closely with the head chef and a small brigade of chefs, you’ll have the opportunity to help lead a talented and passionate team. Everything will be handmade in this kitchen, using intricate techniques and having a keen eye for detail. This well-equipped kitchen has a wood-fired oven vegetable, along with an open hearth where the bread is baked daily.
We are searching for someone who:
- Has at least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Is an intuitive chef and is looking to develop.
- Has good communication and presentation as you will be working in a very open kitchen with guest interaction occurring.
- Has a good understanding of P&L’s and have the ability to train junior chefs and encourage them to be the best.
