High profile chef with multiple award-winning restaurants opening an exciting new restaurant in Canberra.
This will be a Italian style restaurant with a focus on high quality locally sourced produce from small producers, coming straight from the farm.
We are looking for passionate chefs, who want to be part of something special, keen to learn and move up the ranks.
About the role
- Work closely with head chef and sous chef to ensure Quality and consistency.
- Restaurant open 7 days per week, lunch and dinner
- Role is 5 days per week
- Annual salary of $73,000 plus super
- Opportunity to grow with in the company and move up in the restaurant and group
About you
- Ability to run a section in a busy quality restaurant.
- Ability to train staff under you
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual & reliable
- Hold valid working rights in Australia
- Love food with a passion to learn more
