As a Chef De Partie, you play a key role in ensuring top-notch quality in the kitchen. Joining a close-knit team, you contribute to delivering elevated standards for a food experience best described as straightforward and genuinely delicious.
We're looking for individuals with proven experience in a Chef De Partie or similar role, a genuine passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment
Your role will involve fostering a positive environment and encouraging creative input for the enhancement of seasonal menus.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant or pub is essential
- A team player that appreciates the casual dining side of the industry and for a highly creative role
- Ability to maintain a high quality of service during busy periods
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage their own section
- Open availability Monday to Sunday as the roster is rotating
- Be available for morning and evening shifts as this cafe has an all day dining menu
- Competitive package up to $70,000 + super dependent on experience
