AddressFook Shing - well known for its South East Asian contemporary cuisine and located in the historic town of Kyneton 90kms NW of Melbourne is seeking to employ a competent Chef de Partie to join our highly experienced team.
Full Time role Thursday to Sunday
The successful applicant should demonstrate:
- Knowledge of local and global cuisine trends – South East Asian preferred
- Effective communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Outstanding time management during preparation and service periods;
- Calm and composed demeanor;
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Strong work ethic and availability to work a full hospitality roster including nights and weekends;
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships;
- Ability to work autonomously and lead a team;
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in the hospitality industry;
- Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S standards and compliance.
Excellent salary on offer depending on experience plus superannuation.
