AddressNew opening Restaurant Joji is searching for a highly skilled Chef for their busy kitchen in Sydney's CBD. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join its award wining team.
About the role
- Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
- Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
- Assist in the efficient running of Kitchen operations
- Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
- Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
- Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
About you
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commands respect in the kitchen
- Team player and supportive of a culture of team work
- High food standards in taste and presentation
- At least 2 years full time Chef experience
- Relevant Australian qualfications are desired.
