We are seeking a number of qualified Chefs who are professional, adaptable, consistent and who understand the need for excellence. Reporting to our Head Chef you will be responsible for the delivery of high volume, beautifully presented food whilst establishing and building the reputation of these highly acclaimed venues.
An opportunity to work in new kitchens with modern new equipment.
Experience working in a similar scale, high volume casual dining operation would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will understand the need for;
-Curfew time on all meals
-Quality control, consistency and 100% customer satisfaction
-Maintaining strong relationships and communication with kitchen team, front of house staff and management team
-Punctuality and reliability
-Food Safety
Must enjoy high volumes, possess an even temperament and of course, a great sense of humour.
Fantastic conditions with no split shifts. Walking distance from Railway Station, immediate start, rotating roster.
Immediate start available.
Must be either fully qualified or 2nd/3rd year apprentice and have checkable work references. Must have Australian Working rights as we are not in a position to offer sponsorship. Please do not apply if you are not located in our vicinity - Sydney's western suburbs
These are full time positions as our operations are 7 days and 3 nights per week.
