ABOUT THE ROLE
- You will have experience running a kitchen within an Aged Care or Hospitality facility which will ensure you feel comfortable stepping in to manage all facets of Food Services
- You will have the ability to lead the day-to-day production with the assistance of kitchen hands and accept responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen
- You will be committed to providing high quality and nutritious meals to residents
- Demonstrate knowledge and ensure compliance with Food Safety regulations, guidelines and standards
WHAT DO YOU NEED
- Minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/Diploma in Hospitality)
- Basic Food Handling/Safety Certificate
- Current National Employment Police Check
- Current Flu Vaccination
- Covid vaccinated as per NSW Government requirements
- NDIS workers screening check clearance
- Be willing to complete mandatory training through Crewe Sharps onboarding process
