About the opportunity

Cessnock City Council has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Integrated Planning and Reporting Support Officer to join our passionate Corporate and Community Services team.

Reporting to the Principal Integrated Planning and Reporting Officer, this newly created position will be responsible for providing support in the delivery of the Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) framework that is compliant with Office of Local Government requirements. From assisting with the coordination and preparation of IP&R suite of compliance documents to promoting best practice in Planning and delivery outcomes, this position is exciting and engaging. Strong verbal communication skills are essential as you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to reinforce Council's commitments and requirements under legislation and provide assistance across IP&R activities.

Remuneration:

$66,416 - $76,902 per annum plus superannuation
