About Tonosorama

Tonsorama is a lil’ pop-up pub that emerged after the closure of our beloved Tonsley, biding our time until the completion of the new Panorama Hotel.

We're located at 625 Goodwood Road Panorama with free on site car parking for staff.

We have a fully kitted out food truck kitchen inside a warehouse bar and diner in Panorama with a beautiful outdoor licensed lawn area under a great big gum tree right outside. We're serving up all your favourite pub classics - soon to be expanded into some flavoursome smoked foods as well.

We’re open daily, providing a relaxed setting for lunch or dinner with friends, co-workers and family with a diverse selection of complementary wines, beers, cocktails and spirits. 

Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a commercial cookery level 3 or 4 qualified cook or a trade qualified chef to assist in our food truck kitchen for lunch and dinner services in a full time salaried position.

Ideally you have prior experience in a busy a la carte kitchen environment cooking modern Australian food, have a good knowledge of relevant food safety and ideally hold a food safety supervisors certificate.

Reliability is an essential part of this position, we're looking for a punctual, calm, composed and polite individual, that is well presented and gets on well with others in a team environment.
