We now have a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef and or a Chef to join our friendly team working closely with our Head Chef and talented kitchen team.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a strong leader and have experience in similar fast-paced environment
- Be experienced in the management and delivery of quality catering at functions and events
- Have a hands-on approach
- Be a good communicator and able to train and develop your team
- Be focused on producing a quality product and having a customer service focus
- Have the flexibility to work a rotating 7 day roster - but only work one full weekend every 3 weeks.
