Salary* Prepare ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
*Create Arabic sweets including but not limited to, baklava, namoura, 'Madloua, Mafrouki, Halawat al Jibn and other innovative sweet making to satisfy customer demands. Work with management in accordance with customer feedback.
* Decorate Pastry, cakes and sweets.
* Understand and comply with OH&S requirements and report to Management.
* Operate & Monitor multiple equipment's such as industrial mixers and ovens, and, other pastry making machinery.
*The position is TEMPORARY, but, will be reviewed by Management before the three month contract agreement.
*Attend Job interview once requested.
