AddressDoxa Community Club is a premier hospitality brand that operates at two stunning venues in Melbourne's CBD: Clocks at Flinders Street and Central Point. The Roles:
We're looking for experienced Chefs, Cooks and Kitchen Hands to join our friendly and professional team at Clocks Flinders Street.

1 Chef min 3 years' experience.
1 Cook up to 24 hours per week - experience with pizza is an advantage.
1 Kitchen hand 10-20 hours per week
About the Role:
Preparing and presenting menu items during service time
Assisting with ordering.
Ensuring strict stock rotation and minimum wastage
Maintaining stock control procedures
Ensuring all working areas are clean and tidy.
Hours for the role are across a rotating roster which includes weekends, weekdays, mornings, nights and public holidays.
Maintain a clean workspace and all help with dishwashing.
Must have availability for evening shifts throughout the week.
To be considered for this exciting position you must possess:
Trade qualifications.
Good communication skills.
Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards.
Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP.
Must have the capacity to multitask.
Must be reliable.
Full working rights to work within Australia.
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar environment is preferred.
