Peterson House Group is looking for Chefs And Apprentices to work across all venues. Including Peterson House Restaurant Cuvee & Weddings as well as Blaxlands Inn
Our award winning Restaurant Cuvee is open seven days a week breakfast and lunch only. Famous for our Bubbly Breakfast, lunches and weekend Oyster Bar.
Blaxland Inn, which is the premium steak house of the Hunter Valley. Its restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Famous for our house smoked meats, range of steaks and our home made pies.
Menus at both venues are adaptive and are only limited to the teams imaginations. Our teams are diverse and dynamic with the benefit of working at all venues or whatever suits your lifestyle.
Who we want
- First, Second & Third Year Apprentice
- Commis, Demis, Chef de Parties
What we need
- Creative individual, with strong work ethic
- Available for breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, depending on the venue
What you need
- Must have a valid drivers licence, or a reliable way to work
- Weekend work essential, flexible working hours
- To be based within 60km of the Hunter Valley
