We currently have an array of reputable venues in Brisbane and surrounding areas seeking apprentices of all different levels

• Looking to start a career in the kitchen through an apprenticeship

• Southbank restaurant (overlooking the water) - 1st year apprentice.
• Southbank pub - historic venue - 2nd or 3rd year.
• Newstead restaurant - 1st year apprentice or school based apprentice.
• Wooloowin bistro - 2nd or 3rd year (keen willing to learn punctual).
• Springhill restaurant - 1st year or 2nd – must be keen to learn.
• Multi venue family owned hotel group - All Levels (6 sites).
• Chermside restaurant - 1st or 2nd year.
• Kangaroo Point Hotel - Brisbane iconic venue - 1st or 2nd year.
• Coorparoo - BBQ joint -  1st or 2nd year.
• Beachmere - 2nd or 3rd year. Willing to learn, passionate- food from scratch no ego
