Job Description:
- Responsible for the preparation and delivery of meals
- Hands on role with team of industry professionals in each kitchen
- Follow food safety in accordance to legislation within the kitchen
- Ability to cross skill over our venues from fine dining, events and casual dining offerings
- Seafood focused menus using sustainable and quality produce
- Roles covers all sections of live fuel grill, pans, larder, fryer & pastry
- Full time roles with good hours
Skills Required:
- Strong team focus, and people management skills
- Must be experienced in high volume & functions
- Highly organised and strong on rostering & ordering
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar environment
