Catholic Education Tasmania are seeking applications form passionate and experienced candidates that can support the Chief Information Officer. The Executive Assistant is accountable for coordinating the efficient and effective delivery of the Chief Information Officer's administrative and day-to-day operational requirements.
As Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer, you will:
- Assist the Chief Information Officer to carry out their role by providing broad, intuitive and flexible executive level support.
- Manage the diary, organise logistics as well as correspondence, reports, and submissions for the Chief Information Officer.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications and correspondence for the Chief Information Officer to ensure matters are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation and lodging of budgets for all areas of ICT.
Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:
- Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in high level, complex Executive Administrative Support.
