In addition to this, its two independent living complexes located in Busselton and Dunsborough offer a vibrant community hub, in harmony with their natural coastal environments.
The Board of Capecare now seeks to appoint a CEO who is a proven strategic leader with a high-performance mindset. Based in Busselton, the CEO will be responsible for managing all aspects of this diverse business, with a strong emphasis on financial performance and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
With a high calibre operational leadership team already in place, the Board of Capecare encourages expressions of interest for this role from both experienced leaders in the aged care sector, as well as successful leaders of other complex service-based businesses, who can inspire confidence and possess a passion for building a culture which will reflect Capecare’s core values of compassion, respect, partnership and commitment.
