- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a small but high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to nurture talent and drive success.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role, preferably in the creative industry or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with a track record of driving financial performance and strategic growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, build relationships, and influence decision-making at all levels.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
