The Role
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will work closely with the Executive team and Board in the execution of strategy to drive business growth. The CFO will own Finance, Go-To-Market Operations and Business Intelligence with a wider team of circa 15 people.
OPERATIONS & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Drive stronger overall business performance with leadership of Go-to-market Operations and BI teams to enable effective reporting, governance and decision-making for our marketing, sales and customers success teams.
FINANCE & COMPLIANCE
Provide financial advice and analysis to the Board of Directors and CEO on all strategic and operational aspects of financial management for the group.
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
Support the growth of the company with robust financial strategic planning and counsel, thus guiding critical investment, resource allocation and operational decisions.
You
- Experience as a Finance and Operational people leader within a scaling, high volume, B2B international SaaS business.
- Broader based operational, commercial and strategic experience beyond just finance.
- Experience of delivering insight from data – utilization of BI to inform decision making.
- Exceptional ability to understand cost, revenue, and profit drivers and able to articulate this to key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong financial analytical skills and high-level financial modelling skills.
- Ability to build relationships with and influence across the organisation in a rapidly growing, dynamic technology-driven services business.
- High performance mentality along with a collaborative leadership style.
