We are seeking a hands-on and results-oriented mid-cap CFO, or 2IC to join their executive team and lead their financial operations. In this exciting role, you will lead large and high calibre finance team, in ensuring financial health, and providing financial guidance to regional senior management and the Board of Directors.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
- Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to support and execute the company's strategic financial plan.
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal & external standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead the development and implementation of internal controls.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making across the organisation.

- CPA/CA designation and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.

- Experience implementing new systems within the finance function and initiating system change within finance function
