Pharmako Biotechnologies are a dynamic, award-winning Vitamin/Dietary supplement manufacturing business, located in a purpose built facility on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We have an exciting opportunity for a full time experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team.
Qualifications and Experience:
As the Chief Financial Officer you will have:
- At least a 3 year finance, accounting, business or economics degree
- A postgraduate degree such as a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) is desirable
- Chartered Accountants (through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand) or CPA
- At least 5 years experience as a CFO
Tasks and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership that provides strategic advice to the Board of Directors, management team, and shareholders.
- Managing relationships with external management advisors, accountants, auditors, and financial and government bodies.
- Finance and Planning designing and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and report on financial performance and liquidity management.
- Provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting to the leadership team and the Board of Directors.
- Create and manage budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Contributing strategic planning and key decision-making processes.
- Manage corporate and financial risk and compliance, ensuring requirements for tax, and audit are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Develop, and implement strategies to improve financial operations efficiency.
