The RoleThe core responsibilities of this role will be to maximise the company’s growth, profitability, and long-term value.

This role is broader in scope than a ‘traditional’ CFO role and will be a key strategic partner for the Managing Director / Owner. Key responsibilities will include:Build, lead & develop the finance team. Strategic planning process.

Optimise business, grow profits, and fix problems. Finance, accounts, cash flow, reporting. Commercial, projects, risk, banking, disputes.

People, performance, recruitment. IT infrastructure, systems, and support. Property, facilities, capital projects.

Acquisitions (incl integration). This significant role will require serious ambition, energy, and commitment. A highly competitive package is on offer for the right candidate.

This role reports directly to the Managing Director / Owner and will be based in Perth (with a full relocation package available).
