We specialise in providing geophysical wireline logging services to some of the largest mining projects in Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership to the GM – Operations, Field Service Managers and EM Crew in all field operations of service to ensure a smooth and timely provision of services.
• Formulate operational plans and provide strategic direction for field operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure the long-term execution of quality services and the financial viability of the division.
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organisation.
• Act as the lead “client care” contact and maintain regular contact with senior management of service contracts, ensuring high retention of the Company’s services contracts.

Selection Criteria

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Experience within the mining industry, ideally with a FIFO workforce.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
