Position Overview: Due to exceptional and consistent growth in recent years, our client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support their CEO. The COO will oversee and manage the business operations, working closely with department heads to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. This pivotal role involves active participation in business planning and strategy, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership, motivation, and professionalism to uphold the highest standards.

Requirements:
