- Experience as CTO at a blockchain-related company; preferably a Blockchain Game or layer1 blockchain
- Experience in the gaming industry as an engineer
- An Interest in the Blockchain Game Industry
- Japanese speaker
- Specialist in Solidity, Go, Rust or Java
