Are you passionate about Early Childhood Education, and possess the skills and experience to lead an exceeding and well-established childcare center?

Earlyhood have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Director to join and lead an exceedingChildcare Centre in Woolooware.

As the Centre Director, you will play a vital role in leading a dedicated team and ensuring the successful operation of the Childcare Centre.

Successful applicants will have the following:

• At least 3 years' experience working as a Centre Manager/Director
• Be Diploma or ECT qualified 
• Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
• Values collaboration and team-working
• Commits to continuous improvement
• Experience in educator/parent engagement
• Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
• Experience in managing staff and budgets
• Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training.
• A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (can be provided to the successful candidate)
