Form of work Wembley Road Preschool is a family-owned 50-place long day care centre located in Moss Vale in the gorgeous Southern Highlands.
Wembley Road has an opportunity for a Center Director who possesses a professional and enthusiastic attitude to oversee our service operations and work with our team in provide a culture of excellence in education and the care of our children.
This position is also ideal for a 2IC or assistant director who would like to take the next step in their career.
Requirements:
--Minimum Qualification Diploma in Early Childhood or, preferably, university qualification in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved) or working towards an ACECQA approved qualification holding a diploma
--Current NSW Working with Children Check
--Current First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
--National Police Check
--Up-to-date Child Protection training
--Strong leadership experience in Early Childhood
--A commitment to facilitating quality practice
--A strong knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
--Proven experience preferred in managing center quality and compliance in line with regulations
