There is a dire need for care in our remote community and we are looking for an experienced Director who would like a different pace of life.
We are seeking a skilled Centre Director, who shares our belief in creating a positive and happy childhood, for each of our little friends.
We prefer you to have some operational experience and be an advocate for the highest quality care and education for our children, whilst supporting families and the local community. Combined with a high-quality understanding of early childhood and a passion to grow together, we guide and nurture our friends, to flourish and aim for the stars!

Qualifications / Experience
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor qualified;
- Current Blue Card;
- Current First Aid and CPR – desirable;
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Centre Director.

- A commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
