C&K is opening a brand new 136 place centre in Rockhampton. We are looking for a strong Director to run our centre that has previous experience in a same role of similar. 

Our expected open date for our center is March/April 2024. However, we look forward to having the Director onboarded at the earliest and allow the person to built their team for our new Centre.

As our highly valued Director with our Parkhurst Centre, you’ll nurture an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

With energy, creativity and care, you’ll lead a team of passionate people to deliver a quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years in our play-based learning environment. You’ll play an integral role in the overall operations and management of the centre to encourage and nurture children’s learning and development while building great relationships with our families and the wider community.  

What you’ll bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognized by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
