Pathway to your Teaching Degree. Save two years of Uni fees with our system of training, earn your Cert 3 in one year, earn your Diploma in two years and go straight into third and fourth year uni for a Early Childhood Education Degree and earn at the same time. As you gain your qualifications your salary goes up to reflect your new qualification and you get to work in your chosen profession building up your skills and experience. No more doing prac for free, get paid to do your prac in your job. Completely fee free for Cert 3 and Diploma in Children's Services. Online learning with flexible timeframes supported by their lecturers visiting you in our workplace and mentorship at Kids College. Above traineeship rates of pay to support the best educators to follow their career goals. You get a $600 bonus after every six months of being a trainee!
