About the Role: We want to support and challenge you to play a key role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, coordinate resources, and support the growth and success of our practice. This role includes front desk reception duties, assisting chiropractors in the adjusting areas and will progress to a practice management role, with the following responsibilities.
- Oversee the daily operations including front desk and back office technical functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and develop the team, including organizing training and providing guidance as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including practice members, other professionals, and suppliers.
- Coordinate events and manage the practice’s aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and execute strategic plans.
