Platinum Chiropractic Centre is a busy and long-established chiropractic clinic in the Gladstone community. We are in a growth phase and our mission is to educate and adjust as many families as possible back to optimal health through natural chiropractic care.
We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant for a minimum of 4-16hrs per week with additional shifts to cover whilst staff take leave.
The role is fast paced with a strong focus on customer service. A background in allied health, personal training or fitness would be advantageous but not necessary.
We are looking for an energetic & outgoing individual who thrives under pressure and is extremely self motivated and enjoys supporting the practitioner in delivering a superior experience for our patients.
To be successful, you must have:
- superior customer service or sales experience
- a proven track record in achieving performance expectations
- administration experience (preferred but not necessary)
You also possess the following qualities:
- confidence
- superior communication skills
- extremely efficient & can think on your feet
- organised
- able to take directions & constructive criticism
In exchange we are offering your chiropractic treatments on us, regularly training on communication, customer service, and marketing, including the opportunity to participate in annual seminars and conferences. We also conduct health talks in-house and externally to educate as well as support our patients and take part in community events to promote our service offering.
