POSITION ON OFFER IS A 2-IN-1 POSITION:
- Front desk Chiropractic Assistant.
- Nerve FUNCTION SCAN TECHNICIAN.
- Health Professionals Support Services Award Level 4 - casual.
- Paid on-the-job training. Training hours may vary somewhat from normal shift hours. Additional training hours may be offered.
- 24.5hrs p/w with the possibility of more hours when other team members are away.
- Regular office opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. No weekend work.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Day-to-day running of the practice.
- Following structured practice procedures and systems.
- Performing Nerve Function scans.
- Patient management - Booking appointments; phone calls; processing payments (HICAPS; EFTPOS; EPC; DVA; money handling).
- Complete all required tasks with a high level of accuracy and effectiveness.
- General Housekeeping.
