Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining organised filing systems to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee the management of patient financial plans and facilitate payment processes with meticulous attention to detail and professionalism.
• Manage inquiries and correspondence regarding referrals, EPC (Enhanced Primary Care), and health insurance with prompt and precise responses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
• Efficiently manage email communications and facilitate business correspondence, ensuring timely responses and clear, professional communication standards are upheld.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to practice operations, utilising data analysis tools to generate performance reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with the chiropractic team to coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless communication throughout the practice.
• Support patients in adhering to treatment plans and wellness goals by providing guidance, encouragement, and resources as needed.
• Contribute to the overall success of the practice by actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events.

Requirements:

• Availability for 26-29 hours of part-time work per week.
• Availability to work on Mondays through Thursdays.
• Flexibility to work a combination of morning shifts and afternoon/early evening shifts.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated and reliable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred, but not required.
• Mission-driven and committed to promoting health and wellness in the community.
