Position: Administrative Assistant
Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Location: Innate Chiropractic Gladstone

What You'll Do
🌟 Schedule appointments and manage the calendar to ensure smooth operations.
🌟Handle booking inquiries and assist clients in scheduling their wellness sessions.
🌟 Manage accounts receivable/payable and maintain accurate financial records.
🌟 Respond promptly to emails and telephone calls, providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
