As a Chiropractic Receptionist, you will play a vital role in our clinic, performing reception duties, answering phone calls, attending to patients, booking appointments, processing payments and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing reception duties
- Answering phone calls

- Communicating with patients, doctors, and external companies
- Basic cleaning
- Attending clinic meetings
- Creating a welcoming environment for patients
Requirements:
- Computer proficiency (Word, Email, Google docs)
- Previous Reception experience preferred but not essential
- Experience with the HICAPS, Clinko or Cash Flow is highly regarded but not necessary and training will be provided.
- Ability to work Tuesday, and Thursday afternoon/evenings (3.30pm - 6:30pm) and every 2nd Saturday (9am -11.30am time and half)
- Flexibility for occasionally sick leave or annual leave cover in the morning (8.45am -12.15pm) and afternoon shifts (3.30pm - 6:30 pm) will be highly regarded.
Award Rate:
Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 - Support Services employee Level 3 - $25.88 per hour.
