About the opportunity
We are opening our doors at City Cave in the Clyde North and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales/Customer Service Manager to lead our newest centre to success. This role will be responsible to oversee all areas of centre operations through building, leading and coaching your team driving sales growth, and executing operational requirements to deliver excellence across the Centre. This role suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
● Maintain sales and second line of income targets.
● Make sales & customer service calls.
● Train and Hire staff according to processes put in place.
● Welcome and Greet customer warmly and personally introduce yourself.
● Merchandising of inventory.
● Linen inventory.
● Complete daily and weekly reports for management.
● Administration and Diary Management.
● Complete water chemistry test and treat effectively.
● Respond to all customer feedback and inquiries promptly.
● Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.
● Complete marketing for the center.
● Make sales & customer service calls.
● Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the center.
● Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
● Weekly Stocktake.
● Ensure the facility remains clean and well presented at all times.
● Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients.
● Make sure all infrared Sauna Rooms are cleaned and prepped for the next client.
● Health Fund Receipting.
● Clinical Documentation Compliance for Massage Therapists.
● Recruitment and new staff inductions to centre.
● Performance Reviews.
● Massage Therapist Management
● Brand compliance.
● Supplier Communication.
● Ability to promote business on social media.
