An excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled individual with great interpersonal skills to assist in reception duties within our clinic. The successful candidate will be a solution-focused team player, with a can-do personality. The position is based in Grovedale and expected work hours are Tuesday and Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm. This is a part time position.
With a diverse client base and multiple allied health professionals under the same roof the position is never dull.
Onsite training will be provided prior to beginning in the role.
About You:
- Exceptionally personable and genuinely interested in engaging in the community and building our referral network
- Display humble confidence and impeccable initiative
- Is comfortable working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- Driven and detail oriented
- Experience in allied health setting preferred (including Psychology)
- Knowledge of Medicare and 3rd party invoicing preferred
About the Role:
Client Services – Deliver excellent front of house customer service that sets the foundation for each client’s positive experience. We want you to be the catalyst in curating the client experience.
Client Communication & Leadership – Ensure our clients remain informed, engaged with their treatment plan and can readily make the connection between the experience we provide and reaching their end goal. Your role in this cannot be understated.
