My client is seeking an experienced Contract Manager who is ready for a step up in their career. With a large pipeline of work for 2024 and beyond, this key role will provide an experienced and operationally focused person with the opportunity to be part of a friendly focused team, working on a variety of exciting projects.
This Civil Contracting Company projects range from minor car parks & footpath construction, road maintenance up to large multi-million dollar road rehabs and civil developments. Other projects also include 3 Water renewal projects supporting our 3 Waters Maintenance contract. They also have a traffic management team that supports their local operation and are seeking to develop this part of the business further.
Some role responsibilities are:
- Lead a team of experienced staff on several contracting and traffic management projects
- Build strong relationships with clients, provide direction and operational know-how onsite
- Tender, quotes, monthly claims and administrational tasks
- 5 yrs+ experience in Contract Management, with a focus in Civil / Drainage Contracting or relevant tertiary engineering qualification
- A excellent financial understanding, with experience to track costs, complete claims and deliver project reports
- Strong communication, management and leadership skills
- Solid experience with safety and quality
- Be energetic and enthusiastic

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Located: Waitaki, Otago
